- Catherine and Allison Pierce are sisters from New York City via Birmingham, Alabama, and this dynamic duo have comprised a dazzling, yet dark mix of everything from psychedelic-tinged folk to heavy pumping dance inspired pop. These songstresses write artsy songs using flirty instrumentation, lush arrangements and mysterious melodies.
